NTU Fest

Nanyang Technological University celebrated NTU FEST for the first time this year and exchange students were required to go and mingle with the local students for this event. There were various booths, a 5km fun run, and a concert by Kang Gary and Jung In. (Apparently big Korean stars that NTU imported for the event) Despite the scorching heat, I liked how eveyrthing was situated in a music festival vibe with people just sprawled over the grass, listening and watching performance while other roam around booths, playing games and taking pictures. [08.14] Singapore Tour

FIRST STOP: LITTLE INDIA COLORS, SOUNDS AND SCENTS Of all the stops lined up for the day, our first was the most foreign to me. Indian is a culture that a typical Filipina would not have grown up with, after all. We were greeted by a bustle to the senses. Everything seemed brighter, more colorful, louder, livelier.
